RARA offers roasted nuts and other snacking products.

Product packaging and appearance may vary slightly from website photographs, but products will correspond to their descriptions.

All products are subject to availability. We may update our product range or discontinue products without prior notice.

If we've taken payment for an order that we cannot fulfil, we'll arrange a refund.

4. Pricing and payments

All prices are displayed in British pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before you complete checkout.

Payments are processed securely through the payment services available on our website.

We may update prices or promotions from time to time, but changes will not affect orders we've already accepted.

5. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver to eligible UK addresses, as indicated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch orders within our published timeframes. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control.

We remain responsible for your goods until they reach you or a person you have authorised to receive them, except where the law provides otherwise.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Eligible online purchases generally carry a 14-day cancellation right, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Some food products may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights, including goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly and certain sealed goods that become unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

These exceptions apply only where the relevant legal conditions are met.
